These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Interview Butler (“Service”), provided by Interview Butler (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. LICENSE

  1. 1.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Interview Butler solely for your personal interview preparation.
  2. 1.2 The Service is not intended for use in live interviews. It is designed solely as a practice tool.
  3. 1.3 You may not sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service.

2. USER CONDUCT

  1. 2.1 Share your account credentials with others.
  2. 2.2 Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the software.
  3. 2.3 Use the Service for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.
  4. 2.4 Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

3. DETECTABILITY DISCLAIMER

  1. 3.1 The Service may be detectable in certain applications and platforms.
  2. 3.2 We do not guarantee undetectability and do not provide refunds based on detectability claims.

4. CONTENT RIGHTS

  1. 4.1 Any content you generate using the Service remains your intellectual property.
  2. 4.2 However, all software, branding, trademarks, and infrastructure related to the Service remain the sole property of the Company.
  3. 4.3 You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written consent.

5. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

  1. 5.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
  2. 5.2 We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from modifications, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

  2. 6.2 We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of the Service.
